Questions people
actually ask.
Do I have to say something nice?
No. If the seal failed on the first bag, say that. A critical review is exactly what a tester program is for, and it still gets the 50% back.
What counts as a review?
Any of these: three photos of the sealer in use, a video of 15 seconds or longer, or a written review with photos on Trustpilot, Reddit, or a community you are part of.
Where can I post it?
Trustpilot, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, or your own blog. The link has to be public and stay up for at least 30 days.
How do you verify my order?
We match the order number you submit — the one in your heiyoxq.com confirmation email, like #1224# — against our order records.
When do I get the 50%?
Within 24–48 hours after the review is verified. On a $37.50 sealer that is $18.75, refunded to the card or account you paid with.
Can I post on more than one platform?
Yes, but one order earns one refund. Pick your best link — that is the one we verify.
Why is this only for the Vacuum Sealer?
Because we want a focused, honest read on one product from people who actually cook. Other products get their own tester rounds later.
Where is my 50%?
Use the code from your confirmation screen and the order number you submitted.

- Set the refund to 50% of the order ($18.75 on one sealer), then approve.
Payout steps
- Issue a partial refund in Shopify for the approved amount.
